TELEGRAPH WALK

Everybloggie. Got an Wheelie Impawtant Message to send. And the pawfect place to send it not far from Square House. Tag along? Follow my wag.

Let's go. Best paws forward. Down ....

....Telegraph Lane which leads DOWN DOWN DOWN then UP UP UP to the top of Telegraph Hill. Used way back when to send WigWag flag semaphore messages from London to Portsmouth, on the south coast. Then relayed from Portsmouth to over the big pees. To anybloggie you want.

Time for a peek of my city behind us on the way.

Big it up.That arch thingy on the right is Wembley stadium. And the crane is probably on the Olympic Games building site. Leggededs say it's on target to get built by late 2013. Good eh?

Last week. Quick as a flash, made a dash in this field to get up close and pawsonal to them old Dobbins.

But. Heard those recall words banging about my lug'oles before I reached them. Did too. Recall. Hell's Bell's bloggies. My terrible two's really ARE wearing off. Whatamigoingtodo?

Okey dokey. At the top now.

Attention everybloggie. Ready to send my semaphore message. To Portsmouth. Then that crab dude on the coast in Portsmouth is going to relay my message in semaphore to the Austrian Mountain top. To Myrna and Gilbert. Wish them the most pawfect day ever.

Click it to big it! Got that over the big pee? My special message for you? Goodie. Let's trot on down.

Time for a dilly dally with this doggie on the way. Then into Dingley Dell.

Full of Bluebells. All dipple dappled in the afternoon sun. Look at them. Raising their shy little heads to nod at Spring.

Ahh. Beautiful. English countryside at it's bestest. Made me come over all Emily Jane Bronte.

The blue bell is the sweetest flower
That waves in summer air;
It's blossoms have the mightiest power
To woo my sweetie pupcake fair.

But no time to shilly shally. Got to get a wag on back home. Escort my Toffee pupcake to THE WEDDING OF THE YEAR. Oooooh. Wheelie Exciting!!! Like the dress I had Cat Oriered for my Toffee ? Made from real red roses. Hope she thinks it's romantic.

Looks pawfect with her legwarmers. Doesn't she looked truly scrumptious? Can't wait for them petals to fall off -heheeee!!! See you at the wedding!!!

Eric, young chap,

You are a pawsome dog ... very clever ... with so many talents. That impawtant message made it all the way to us at lightning speed - certainly Myrna and Gilbert received it with a smile. It made us get a wag on our mornings and start off the day with a prance.

We know the wedding is going to be pawfect. Send our best regards to the couple and we'll be imagining the wedding and all the events that'll surely go with it. Happy day!

Eric, old square pal --

Even though we all benefit from this technological revolution that let's us all "Be there or be square..." (Hey, but we are square!!), sometimes we get nostalgic for something simpler. Like semaphore messages from Telegraph Hill.

Or dresses made from rose petals...

We bet your message was intercepted by the pilot on Aire Ruby and communicated to the happy couple immediately!!

Romance is in the air -- along with those semaphore messages.

Wirey love,

Jake and Just Harry -- just waiting to be wowed by our ladies.

Love it. Muzzer had to learn Morse code for a Girl Scout Badge and is even now trying to remember enough to say "Great Message Eric"

Maybe by then end of the year.

Your flaggin was stupendous! The only flag i wave is attached at the behind. The only letter it seems to spell is O.

Terrible twos wearing off? Not here not here. In fact, there is some stick hustling I need to get to these weekend. You'll see.

And... you are quite crafty with those nimble paws designing that dress from Toffee. I sure hope the bees don't find it fabby too? Ouch that could be a problem.

Have a great time at the wedding.

oh my, the bluebells are so beautiful. And your walkies looked wonderful.

My j got a bit confused because she was thinking of Telegraph Hill which is her old stomping ground on the way to Devon/Cornwall.

Your scenery is so lovely.

Thank you for sharing and the wedding sounds fun, I have been busy with my Security Issues, so I have not taken my eye off the ball so to speak.

lotsalicks, Marvin xxxx
sorry I have been lax in my commenting...........my J has had "issues" with jet lag, don't ask, to be honest I think the jet lag excuse is now wearing a wee bit thin seeing as she has been back nearly 3 weeks now!

Oh what a wonderful time I had at the wedding!!

Thank you so much for my very special dress...also thank you for rescuing me when I was choked up and sobbing so hard at the ceremony causing a few of the petals/buds to nearly create a "wardrobe malfunction"- phew!

I also had a terrierific time on our post-wedding date (see my blog)

Happy birthday week!
(you are so special I think that you should celebrate all week long!)

Hi there Eric my bestest pal!

We got us some inner-nets so now I can blog once more. I'm going to get some of those semi-four flags too, so I can send you some messages across the big pee when I go to the beach this morning. Despite an awfully big thunderstorm that had me scurrying into Granny's closet (not only does it smell nice in there, but there are no windows!) I've been having an awfully nice time here. Loads of walks on the beach and golf course. I even have a puppy playmate named Buddy who always lets me get the tennis ball. And a nice Rottie gal named Scarlett who drops by on my late night walk with some local gossip.

You'll never believe this - a neighbor dropped off THREE tennis balls for me! Such hospitality, huh?

Mommy loves the peony photo - that's her favorite flower, along with lilacs and French tulips.

Your pal,

Petey
