I THINK IT'S SPRUNG

Hi everybloggie. Take a looksee. I think it's nearly sprung. Spring. In my neck of the woods. Is it in yours yet? No worries. Soon will be.Well except for my pals who are in summer. Crickey. How's that work? Well anyway. This week I decided does this bloggie a whole lot of good to take my walkies a little bit slower. Laid back. Instead of being wired.

Appreciate what's on my block. Waiting to be discovered.
Tree's about to burst into blossom.

Daffy's dillying.

Eric. Dilly Dallying!!!!

Took time to sniff the flowers. Watch winter leaving. Spring arriving.

Never realised.I've got green paws!!! Cos look what's happened. Been watering this spot all year. One day it's a blanket of snow, few days later it's a whole bloomin' carpet of flowers!!!

Grew this bunch of crocuses specially for all you girlie's...

and see these pretty woodland violets peeping their shy little heads up? Green pawed them for my Toffee sweetie. Course. The other sure sign of Spring. Is in the air. Been sniffing it out all over. Lurrrrrrve. Me and Toffee. Petey and his Rosie Posy. Cute Myrna and Gilbert.

Strewth!!!!!! Noooooooo. My Miss Enid Wheelie on Wheels!! My Wally Wednesday!! Would you blogging believe it? What've those pesky old wheelies of mine been up to??? Right. I'm off. Need to nip their lurrrrrved up feeling right in the bud...hehehee!!!!!!

Eric!

Spring hasn't sprung here nearly as much as it has where you are... But I think it will soon... I found just a couple flowers the other day but I ate them. They taste much better than they smell!

Those are all wonderful pictures, everything looks so colorful!

I hope you have a grrrrEAT weekend, man!

See, folks were teasing us about Mom's flowers -- but we think flowers are a good thing and yours are particularly beautiful -- new borns!!!

Here in South Florida, spring comes on kind of subtle-like, because winter is never very harsh. But it's in the air -- just springing to be sprung - SPROING!!!! SPROING!!!!Here it comes!!

First, I really need to know how a WFT gets unwired!!! LOL, you are quite funny.

Speaking of funny, your post today is MOST clever. Beautiful pics and thoughtful & entertaining captions. Yes, you certainly have a green paw. I hope all my watering (MS. Alpha calls it my D-Mail) springs some lovely posies forth from the earth. I know I can kill grass but I'm hoping I can grow flowers like you.

Ms. Alpha is intrigued with the dog dancing and also does a little waltzing and fox trotting with me for fun. I like to weave through her legs and go backwards. I don't want to take it much further and learn to hop like a bunny on my hind legs! We also have a dog trick book that's kept us both sane during this interminable winter. But I still refuse to roll over!

Hi, Eric!
Hurray! Spring is almost here!
Well, I have to say we really did not have a winter weather here!
The flowers you have there are beautiful!
Have a great weekend

Eric, can you check with the Royal Mail and see if they're behind on deliveries again? Seems you've already got oodles of Spring and we haven't seen as much as a petal. Some tiny little green pencils sticking out of the dirt but that's it. Maybe our flower beds are too soft and they're all still sleeping?

Start gargling your barkbox daily so you can hit those tenor notes! "Come to me, bay for me..."

Your pal,

Petey

P.S. I've quite gotten the hang of the blue birdhouse wobbly feeder! Mommy now gives me my dinner in it each night and I'm getting faster and faster at getting it out. And I have biceps like Madonna's!!!

Dughallmor Beagles said...

Wooo, Petey! Can't wait to cop a feel of those biceps *blush*
Love your Spring flowers Eric, we have some too but not as many as you guys down in old London Town, jeez it's practically in the tropics! (Mum comes from Buckinghamshire originally!)
See you and your Toffee girl at Joey Palooza, if we ever manage to wake Mother up tomorrow...today...it's 4.22am and we're beginning to think she has fallen out WITH her bed!

Well done Eric - those flowers are lovely - but the treats I buried haven't sprouted yet?

But I am glad the snow is gone - it played havoc with my hairdo

Lots of licks

Flowers?? You have flowers?? We have dirt, mud, mulch and very dead grass. No flowers.

Man, Eric...Lac has been SUCH A well this is a family blog..today. She growls if Stan or me get within 20 feet of her...so she goes around growling...like all the time.

She's refusin' to eat AT ALL...it's FAB...we get all her rejects. But Mumsie's not worried cuz she's drinkin' (water for a change) and is still runnin' around..growling.

So what did you and Petey do to her??? Hehhehhehhehhehehehehehehe...

Wait..I hear the queen ringing her bell...What Lacie??? What? You want ice cream? No can do...

The silence is shattered with ear splittin' shrieks...

Scruff can't sign off...his paws are over his ears......

A poem for you, just for you, dear Eric!

"A square dog came calling on my blog one day.........
he was square, he was funny, he was cool, in a way,

His name it was Eric, and he was just so cool,
I liked his square Dogness, he bent all the "round" rules.

I have taken him now to my Marvin heart,

just'cos he was funny and he made me laugh!

He is perfectly square, and my new bestest friend,

I think I'll like Square Eric until world comes to the end."

it is not good, it is not clever, but like glue, sadly, my bad poetry kinda sticks around forever!

lotsalicks Eric xxxxxxxxxx
