SHOT ON LOCATION IN SQUARE DOG KITCHEN

STARRING ERIC

GUEST APPEARANCE
OTIS KITTIE BRO'

Haaa!!! Look at me everybloggie. On a perfect S-I-T. At the same time as A don't-you-dare-move-a-muscle-stay-right-where-you-are-do-you hear-me S-T-A-Y.

Can't think why. Been busy busy chop chop. Went out and about earlier this week. Took my wig on a wagger to the local flea pit. Which was showing this latest release.

Yawn. Some sort of chickflick. Hmmm. Aren't those chicks in the flick sort of familiar? That Lacie looking flaming gorgeous with red furs? Diva Sophie all sultry? And Asta? Adorable! Khyra? Khool for skhool. Nah. Can't be. Paws aren't made for walking in Man O Lo's. Know what though? The cheeky girlies stole my title for their movie. Everybloggie knows Pets in the City is my title when I blog about me and Otis. Would you believe it. Right on cue. He's rocked up.

"Holy Mackerel!! Errrric. Wherrrre you beenski?" That's how he mews. In Cossakski. Silly Blue kittie. From Rrrrrrussia With Not Much Love.

A BEDROOM FARCE

The leggeds been argie barging everybloggie. from the moment I arrived in Square Dog House. Like a never ending game of Ping-Pong."He should be sleeping in our room" "No. Never. He'll be sleeping downstairs" "He won't" "He will" Pinging. Ponging. To and fro. Till last week. When I was Sick. Bad. Poorly. And Miss Enid had the cheek to high tail it off with my blog. For her silly Scruffs Wheelie Dog Show. Did you see? Hey you wwheelie. Remember. Got my pies peeled. You'll pay. But back to important stuff. ME. Boy was I poorly? Yes. I was. Wouldn't walk. Plonked myself down fair and square on the pavement. Refused to budge. Back home. Refused food. Even tempting treats. (Yummm. Got a gluttony of goodies waiting. Three whole days worth for when I wouldn't eat.) Mom said I was a big worry. Cos for a dog. I'm a bit of a Piggy. With the appetite of a Horse. Had a hurried trip to the vet' after refusing food twice. She diagnosed a VIP Virus. Of the nasty "Not been Sleeping in the Big Bedroom " variety. WOOHOOO!!!! RESULT!!!! Made me and Mom's day, week and year.

hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

"Outta my face kittie bro. I've got me a one way ticket to sleeping in the big bedroom. No returning downstairs. Ever."

"Kittie kisses nightnight. Before you scram. Haaaa!!! Got Bed envy eh bro? Me all tuckered up warm and cosy in my Eric bed next to the leggeds.... while you're out there....somewhere with no bed to call your ownio...."

"C'mon. Mew it. Where do you rest your noggin' at night? Not once put my peepers on you in the snoozing hours......"

"Same place as always looser!!!! Been sleeping here. IN the Big Bedroom BED. Down Under Brother!!!! By the leggeds leggeds since the day I arrived. . ."

"NOooooooooo!!!! Got me a double dose of the "Kitty Envy " virus coming on . .

PETS IN THE CITY - EPISODE 2

Similar to a well known US TV Show and Block Buster Film
Episode 2 was filmed on location in the Home counties.
This episode contains scenes of an Adult Nature.
Warning. Some dogs with blogs may find
the following photography and text disturbing.

Howdie doody doggies. And a hammie. Don't you find life is sometimes a little hum drum? Not complaining. Love my life. But same old routine. Day after Day. Night after Night. Sometimes I wish for a little more excitement that's all. Here's my normal routine. Bet yours is pretty much the same. Apart from the kittie baiting and give or take a pee or two.

Frenzied morning kissies with the 2 leggededs. Excited jumping. Fetching lead. Walkies. Sniffing. Peeing. Playing. Socialising. More playing. Peeing. Sniffing. Woopsies. Peeing. Grooming. Breakfast. Chasing Kittie Brother. Playing. Office security guarding. Barking at visitors. Snoozing. Barking. The Lunch time Beg. Dog, sometimes even that's boring. Go through the begging motions because it's expected. Can't let the 2 leggededs down. And you never know it might work. Then a quick foxtrot round the block if I'm lucky. Office security guarding. Afternoon snackie. Playing. Kittie chasing. Barking. Snoozing. Kittie harassing. Fidgeting. Bored Barking. Serious Barking. Ballistic Barking. Jumping. Greeting Daddi Square. Fetching lead. Evening walkies. Sniffing. Peeing. Playing. Greeting pals. Socialising. More playing. Kissies pals bye-bye. Sniffing.Woopsies. Peeing. Dinner Time. Kittie wrestling. Kissies and cuddling with Momi. Snoozing. Barking. Peeing. Howling at the moon. Night snackie in my crate. Prayers. Kissies. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Apawlogies. Boring reading it too. So any change in routine is Big News. Big Excitements. Specially when I go to stay with Cousin Ruby. Went last weekend. Packed my crate and off we zoomed in the zoomer to Ruby's. Here she is. The big golden girl.

This is Ruby's story. Only 10 months old, down and out and in a dog shelter in Ireland. Now in Ireland a dog gets Youth in your Eyes every 5 minutes every day, except Sunday, 87% of those in shelter are Youth in your Eyes compared to 14% in the UK. Isn't that too terrier-ble? There are wooferfull 2 leggededs devoted to bringing shelter dogs from Ireland to the UK. Use their own money and rehome them until however long it takes for permanent homes to be found for them. Ruby was lucky enough to be one of these saved ones. Back in the UK my Auntie and Uncle gave her a permanent home. Yep, my cousin Ruby. The best dog a 2leggeded could have. And the best cousin a dog could have too.

We spent the day together. Got to say, she's a bit of a laddie this lassie. Up to no good. Leads me astray. Gets me into endless fixes.

Like when she finds the only puddle for miles and miles around. Then Dares Me. Too scared of her not to do it. She's big. Usually avoid puddles at all costs. Me all muddy. Loitering on the edge of the puddle. Gazing at Ruby in admiration!

Later that afternoon (after extensive bathing) my turn to think of a dare for Ruby. Pondered. Then I had it. A bolt of lightening. Strike of thunder. My Eureka moment!!! Casually woofed it to Ruby. As if no big deal. Didn't want her yapping to the 2 leggededs. Could get us into serious trouble. She was up for it, could hardly wait. Boy,oh boy. A sure dog way to brighten the end of our day.

Late evening our big moment arrived. We put our plan into action. Ignored gasps of surprise! And gasps of horror! Crashing of dropped glasses! Looks of utter amazement from the 2 leggededs! Rubes and me ignored the Paparazzi clicking away like crazy now at our every move. We just did it. Got on with it.

TOTALLY SHOCKING!!!

BED HOPPING!!! Ha,ha,ha!!!

Me. Nice and cosy. Plenty of room. Ruby. Squished. Squashed into my crate. Don't know how she managed to fit in. Tee,he!!! That Ruby. Got to paw it to her. She's a Game Girl. Always up for Game.

Next week;- More shocking tales of a scandalous and explicit nature in Pets in the City. On a computer near you.

AWARDS

I'm wig wagging excited as I have 2 more awards!! Woopeee Dooo!! Big thanks to the lovely Asta and my pal Chef this pawsome award.

And to chums Dewey, Asta Marie and Toby for this amazing award.

I'm woofing my thanks to you all. Woof.

PETS IN THE CITY - EPISODE ONE

"Pets in the City" bought to you by Eric's Home Blog in the Office. London.

Bloggies. Any resemblance to a TV show of a similar name is dog - gone crazy! My blog of our weeks escapades contains graphic scenes of a shocking and disturbing nature. Especially to Dogs that blog. And maybe a Hamster.

EPISODE ONE

Eric's Opening Monologue.
Whatever happened to the relationship between cats and dogs. Were we always playing cat and mouse with each other? Playfully teasing? Prolonging the pain and torment of one another? One minute being the hunter. The next the hunted. That's how life is with me and the Kittie. Here's how my week started when Otis sneaked into my crate.

SCENE 1. I'M OUTRAGED!

SCENE 2. THEN ENQUIRING???

SCENE 3. DARING TO ENTER

SCENE 4. EJECTED AND DEJECTED

SCENE 5. REFLECTING. PLOTTING.

SCENE 6. WARNING. SCENES OF A HORRIFIC NATURE.
THE KITTIE FINDS HIS FAVOURITE TOY MOUSE DASTARDLY DESTROYED!

SCENE 7. THE SHOWDOWN

Eric's Closing Monologue.
Later on this week I got to thinking about relationships. There are those that open you up and tear you apart. Others Sincere. New Pals. True Friends. Those that bring up lots of questions. And those, that in spite of everything, allow two opposites to attract. Exist side by side. Cat and Dog. Love and Hate. Friend and Foe. Guess that's me and Otis. Look at that darn silly cat. Always sneaking under things to sleep. Newspapers, magazines, bags, duvets. Even under my blanket. Yes. They are. It's the real deal. These truly are untouched photos of the Kittie and me. Oh - me - oh - my. The shame. The shame. Dog. I hope no doggy sees me.

SCENE 8. SLEEPING WITH THE ENEMY!

(Pals. I'm going away for R + R with the 2 leggededs next week. Please forgive me if I don't visit you and your blog then but Daddi Square says if we have pooters he and Momi will work and I will blog! As if! So they are banned. Can you imagine ? What will we do? I've put my blog on scheduler for next week, wig your wag over if you can. I'll be around to visit you again soon)
