Hello everybloggie! Thanks for checking on me. Escaped from the pawcuffs. Easy Peasy. But then Miss Enid forced me to attend her "Eat A Cat" lessons with my VIP visitors.

Haaa!!!! Lookie. Gave her some Eric lip. Showed her who was top dog around here. Fair and Square. Bet you thought I'd gone nuts holding the wheelie silly Scruffs Dog Show contest huh? There was method to my madness. Yep. Flushed all them peskies out. HHHaaaaa!! Got the better of you wheelies!! I'm onto ya!! Got your number. What's more. Everybloggie who entered Scruffs will be getting one of my sooper dooper wheelie watcher tracking devices to attach to their wheelie family. I'll have my pies on them peskies forever!!!WOW!!!Wheelie wicked!!!

Mom ordered them for me from a place that makes them for REAL Dog Shows. Said they would make mine at the same time as the 400 medal stars they were making for us real dogs winners at the proper pucker Crufts Dog Show. The lady dealing with my order thought it was hoot when Mom sent my "Scruffs" artwork to put on my wheelie watcher tracker stars. Hahaha!!!

Thanks for voting everybloggie. Here are your results from the readers polls...

FAMILY - Maggie and Mitch
INDIVIDUAL - Autumn/Winston
(bit confusing as the voting polls originally missed out Winston and Romy. Sorry Winston and Romy)

Miss Enid has a very special award. Says it's a wheelie important one. Not like mine. This one's for the MOST PROMISING NEWCOMER WHEELIE. Who showed BRAINS by helping Clive choose stocks and shares for making profit. As well as BRAVADO and BRAVERY in sliding down the banisters.

This very special Miss Enid Award goes to none other than CLIVE JUNIOR! Paws up to you baby Clive!

Onto Eric's Awards. Thanks to every entrant for doing wheelie silly things. Teeheee.But. Crickeee. You don't think? No... Can't be. Noooo. ...Not got Square Dog crackerness in their old wheels have they?

1st. Jackson. His attitude to his wheelie wheelie rocks. Paw's up Jackson. That's the way to treat 'em!!
2nd.Maggie and Mitch. Even though Miss Enid thought most shocking Autumn and Francesca didn't ride the bike side saddle.
3rd. Scruffy, Lacie, Stan. Putting those wheelies on the slippery slope could only end in tears.

Teehee. And tears!!

1st. Scarface. For Lacie's demonstration of wicked mis- use of her wheelie.
2nd Winston. For careering down the mountains without brakes.
3rd. Hector. Wheelie brave. Wheeling that close to the RH.

Miss Enid will be packing up her wheelie silly little prizes for the winners. While I'll be sending out my trackers in a while. Please send me your snail mail address if I don't have it bloggies. Gotta scoot. Prepare my post on our recent VIP visit. Exciting stuffie.

Ahem. Ahem. (My apologies. I must clear my throat.) My family has made me the spokesdog (yes, Eric, I am considered one of the breed over here) for our collective sentiments. And I find myself quite at a loss for words. It was an honor for all of us to be amongst all of the remarkable entrants at Scruffs. Modest that we are, we felt rather in awe of the celebrities and the varied personalities and reputations with whom we were rubbing haunches. We come from modest pretensions, and only intend to advance an understanding and appreciation of our lasting worth, to those who may care to consider those ideas. (Despite Eric's ... and others ... attempts to represent us otherwise.) Our preference would unquestionably be that any and all Individual Recognition go to the lovely Autumn, from whom we learn so much and gain so much knowledge and appreciation of her garden and kitchen. She is most deserving.

I am finding myself getting rather sleepy as I continue. (My age seems to catch up with me from time to time.) Let me simply say, from the family, "Thank you kindly, Miss Enid and my Foster Family for organizing and hosting this wonderful event. We all found joy in the coming together, off our shelves and counters, to once again be recognized for what we are: wheelie real very important ageless timeless examples of an honorable heritage. Wheeled or not."

Again, thank you. And congratulations to everyone.

OMD...All the holyterrier wheelies clear their throats...

We actually won somethin'??????

They look far eastward and bow in Eric's direction....and giggle. Or maybe that's Lacie giggling...(does her butt look big next to Scarface or is it just our imagination???)

We are humbled by this great honor in this cadilac of Wheelie shows...

And pleased to know that the Wheelie Gathering served its purpose of spying on Eric...

Notes were made for the GWT...(Great Wheelie Takeover)...contacts made...tracking devices attached to certain canines who shall remain nameless...but we know who they are...

Thank you for all your hard work on Scruffs...

Our fondest regards to Miss Enid...

Who may be our Leader.

Or not.

Only we know.

Our wheelie look-alikes, Inspecteurs May Gray and Clues? Oh!, asked if we would tell you how honored they were to participate in the Scruffs Show. It was quite a departure from their usual hermit-like behavior sitting in the cupboard on top of the cheese plates -- so this may be the opening of a whole new life for them. Thank doG they will have the wheelie trackers so that we will be able to keep our ince pies on them!!

They also asked us to congratulate all the winners -- especially Ms. Autumn for whom they have expressed great affection. And of course, merci, merci, to Eric Square Dog and his assistants for whatever good or malevolent their intentions

Just spent the last hour watching photos of you romping with the 2-leggeds and Jax! What a party! What a blow-out! Mom turned the most peculiar shade of green and I had to turn and howl at her "Hey! He's my Bestest friend and all we can ever do is sniff cardboard cutouts of each other with a bit of fur taped on! At least you get to see your Square B's in person!"

Guess I told her, huh? She's off to paint her nails with deevine blue nail varnish.

Your 3-d Pal,

Yes, congrats to all the Scruffs winners! So sorry we are late in these good wishes. You are all so special.
We were getting ready for the trip north, then there was the deer/car accident last Friday on the way. Once we get back to N.Idaho and are settled we'll be better. really.
