PET IN THE OTHER CITY

Note singular Pet.
Otis was unable to participate due to prior catmitments

*Featuring Little Eric in Manhattan*

Star Guests in order of Appearance

*Petey and Mica*

*Asta and Duffy*

You'll never guess bloggies. I've shrunk unbelievably since I've had no treats 'cos of my itchies. So instead of going to Puppy Play Camp I decided to join the Squares on their trip.

Slipped and zipped myself into Mom's hand baggage. Hook up with everybloggie over the other side of the big pee. K?

Arrived safely. Here. The Big Apple. HAAAAAAA HAAAAAA!!!!!!

Caught a few zzzzz's. That Jet Wags a killer. Then after some shut eye off to The Moma.

For culture. Maybe lunch first. Look at this souper dooper choice of soups on the menu. Then off to gander at the paintings.

Wonder why they didn't paint a W? Do you go "oof oof" ? Course not. Doesn't this look better with me in it to make a proper Woof? Sorry bout the quality of those photo's. Can't think why the leggededs were in such a hurry to get away from the man in the uniform.

Petey's Mommie and Asta's leggededs came over for dinner. And one or two, or was it three??? Pawtinis. Think I was a little leggededless.

Their leggededs were the bestest. Welcoming. Delightful company. We were treated like ROYALTY!!!!! And so generous. Squillions of presents for me. Mom too.

Best Pal Petey gave me a pawfect orange coat, hand knitted by his clever Mom. Seriously Dog about Town. A pesky orange cuz. A mousey fishing line for Otis. A cell phone (impressed how I speak like a New Yawk dog now?), for me to call my Toffee sweetie. And loads of stuffies for Mom that had her seriously swoooning. Wow. Asta sent over a drooling delicious corn cob. A special orange bone. Munchie crunchies from Old Mother Hubbard and a glam glittery feather ball for Otis. Mumsie had left oodles of stuffie for Mom and me too! Specially kind eh? Me and the leggededs are going to open their Vintage Cabernet squeaky in the old blighty and toast those terriers. Cheers square cousins!!!!

We also did what you do in New York. In the best places. Shop till you drop.

Barkney's. Peace and love everybloggie. Hippie holidays!

Sniffanys. Heard it's pawsome. If only I could've peeked into the window . . .

Then hooked up with my Best Pal Petey. Dog. We were both way excited. Though Petey seemed dog-a-blogging surprised at how small I was. In his haste to greet me he knocked me clean over!!!!! How funny haha!!!!!

Look at him laughing his old head off!!!! I was laughing so much at him laughing - I laughed my socks off. HAAAAAA!!!!!!!!

And here's me and Mica. What a debonair dude. We discussed in depth the etiquette of adding milk to your cuppa before or after you pour the tea.

Then off on a sniff and pee. Can you dog-a-blogging believe I was able to leave my pee mail all over that Empire State????

The leggededs stopped here to do some serious shopping at the most pawsome shop in all New York. Petey's Mom carried me. Like those teacup ( or is it pupcake?) New Yawk Dawgs.

Then off to meet Asta. Little Asta too.

'Mazing. Don't we look alike?

Asta and Mommy Square inspected each other.

Think they both liked what they saw with all the smackers and smoochies that followed.

While Daddy Square bonded with little Duffy. Look at that cute fuzzboy eyeing up the gorgeous grub. Made Daddy Square come over all paternal. Was heard to say it made him want another puppy. WHAT????!!!!!! I'm not enough???? Must be time to go home.

Bye. New York. New York. La da dada. . .Da dad dadada. . .join me in the chorus everybloggie . . .

Eric that looked a fabulous trip. You were so lucky meeting Asta and her Mummy and Daddy.

Hope you have managed to get back onto UK time now, these time zones can certainly mess up meal times can't they?

Eric, My mom really wants to know what you think on the milk/tea front. She has had this debate before, but never with someone who is officially from across the pond.

Glad you had a great time in NY.

You really got around in the big city. Momma says your adventures were super funny and made her do the snort laugh.

I am curious as to why your peoples appear to be touching your bottom so much (lots of finger groping visible in the photos).

Asta (big Asta) looks exceptionally lovely.

Slobbers,

Eric!

Word on the street is that you and your square parents are anything BUT square, and that the 2 & 4-leggeds of NYC LOVED YOU ALL!

Sounds like you took your own big bite out of that big apple, and it will never be the same again... nor will its inhabitants.

Only wish I could have been there to meet you (small though you were) and your peeps.

Goober love,
Stanley

Pee Ess
My girl wondered if it was more proper to put your milk into your cuppa first, then add the tea? That's what she does when on the other side of the pee.

It's my mom's birthday today, and she asked for some mini Stanley items, and a Cath Kidston package arrived in the mail!!! She is very excited. :)

Oh no! Another puppy!! Eric, you may have problems.

It's good to see you, Eric. I haven't been around much lately. I might need a new secretary, but no one's available, so I'm stuck with the one I've got. Oh well....

What a great trip Eric. Our Beans went to Canada and New England and New York, and did they take us with them? Nope!! They left us locked up at home.
We got your card thanks. We hope ours has arrived okay.
