ROYAL MALE

Hi everybloggie! How are you? I'm happy as my friend Happy. Take a peek at the award Happy presented me with. Thanks a million Happy. Way cool. Like it? Please take it,from me to you. I think all your blogs are Cool. Freezing.Tee,hee!

The Royal Mail van visited me this week too. Clock the new logo on the side of the van. Rightly Royal huh?

Dropped off a parcel for Eric Square Dog. Wait up, that's me! Parcel for me? From none other than His Majesty. King Simba. A Royal pardon? A Summons? A Knighthood? (Arise Sir Eric! )

Goosey Gander what was inside?

This socking big stocking! Filled with luscious lollipops. And a pawsonally signed card. Plus his likeness. Note what the label says Mother. For a GOOD BOY. Nuff said. Thanks a squillion Simba. What a lovely surprise. Simply pawfect. And organised. Dog-a-blogging impressive. Only November! Must of got his servants permanently at his Beg and Recall. Wonder how he did that? Leggededs haven't even got my cards ready.

I kissed Simba's paw print in humble homage and gracious gratitude. As a good subject should. (Hmmmm...think I can sell the Royal Paw Print on Mr.E.Bay?)

And paw-formed a deep Royal Bow before his presence. Well, as Royal as a subject wearing one sock can manage. Haaaaaaa!

Barking of socks, I'm off to the vets again next week bout my AL. ER. GEES. To determine the next step. Either a blood or skin test. I've been feline a bit better this week too. Hooray. Not so itchy-scratchy. Hope my good pal Archie with his AL.ER.GEES is feline better too. Please wag your wig by, wish him well.

King Simba was really down to earth and you showed him your excellent deep Royal Bow.
When I saw your title of the post, I thought you had a new male member borned into your family!
In the previous post, I loved so much the picture in that you quietly standing on a fall color leaves carpet, how peaceful!
Cheers!

Eric my pal!

Are you sure you're supposed to open Christmas presents in November?! It's not even Thanksgiving yet for goodness sakes. But those goodies were too delicious to wait for another 33 days!

Your pal,

Wow, Sir Square Dog, that has a nice ring to it!!

We're glad you're feeling a bit better -- and maybe soon you'll be all done with those pesky AL.ER.GEES. We wires seem to be prone to them. So far we've escaped -- we just hope those wooly sweaters Mom ordered won't make us too itchy.

Don't tell anyone but we heard her ordering boots too... Imagine, as though we wires are some kind of wimps.

Stay cool, pal, and come visit often. We love your blog.

Jake and Just Harry

(And yes, we are going to see Gussie and Teka -- and on the way back the whippet waggle. Pretty fun, eh??)

Allergee smallergee...your foot looks great in a sock! I think that you should totally bring the sock into style! If any four legged human can do it, it would be you! Hehehehe!

I hope every thing comes back alright from the vet. I would give your socky a kiss if I could. Instead I will have to send over some of my super intense ESP your way. If you feel a shock or something...don't worry, it's just my ESP!

Of course I went to New York, Eric...who do ya think was takin' the pix?? We had told Mumsie we were going to be very busy in da Burgh that weekend doin' more work for homeless rats...she didn't tell us she was going to New York...she said she was goin' big apple pickin'...she wasn't pleased to see us there, but after three of my as-yet-untasted-by-Mumsie smoothies, she was drun..er rather she had an attitude adjustment and thought it was wonderful we were all present. I absolutely think you should sneak over in ur peep's luggage or perhaps charter your own jet...can't you borrow one of the corgi's?

You and Asta could "do the town" up nicely, I'm sure....

Yes, Mumsie did try to read her tea leaves,...they said something like "use the strainer, next time, moron!..." That was her first "cuppa" without a um...well..one of those wretched tea bags....Auntie Ami looked like she was bout to 'splode, but she managed to contain it...thank Dog Asta and I were far enuff away we could laugh hysterically without being noticed...

Concats on your award Eric.
That's a great present you got from Simba, and you did a very good bow in thanks for it.

Stanley said...

Hey, Eric!

Simba has quite the staff ~ his was the first Christmas card I received too.

I like the looks of that rawhide sockie. Let us know if you will be needing any assistance with that.

Sorry to hear that Al has paid you a visit. Maybe he has gotten the hint that you'd rather not have him as a houseguest any longer and has left the building. I hope so. He makes me itch!

Sorry we've not been visiting recently. Blame our girl who has been spending too much time on her lazy patootie! We're back now, though.

Goober love & healing goob smooches,
Stanley
